Amino Provider & Facility Search
Amino Provider & Facility Search is offered, at the direction of the State of New Jersey, Division of Pensions and Benefits, as an additional resource exclusively to SHBP/SEHBP members. Members may use it in addition to Horizon BCBSNJ’s Doctor & Hospital Finder.
You can search for in-network providers in New Jersey only by symptoms, such as ‘headache’ or ‘high blood pressure’ using Amino. You can also book a medical appointment using Amino. If you are looking for an in-network provider outside of New Jersey, please use Horizon BCBSNJ’s Doctor & Hospital Finder.
Doctor & Hospital Finder
If you need to find a doctor, specialist or a hospital that participates in one of our networks, our Doctor & Hospital Finder is available 24/7 makes it easy to find a health care professional who matches your needs. You can even create your own directory, view street maps and get door-to-door directions.
Our online resources can help you get the information you need, 24/7. Sign in to securely access your health plan information, as well as personalized health and wellness tools that can help you get the most out of your plan.

If the image of your member ID card does not appear online, we have not yet processed your enrollment. In this instance, please do not request a new member ID card. Your member ID card will be mailed after your enrollment is processed.
