Mental health is a key part of your overall health and well–being. It affects how you think, feel and act throughout your life.
As a mom–to–be, you need to care for both your physical and mental health. For example, if you have depression while you’re pregnant, it can affect your baby’s physical and emotional development.
Sometimes it’s hard to know when you might need help with some of the emotions you feel when you’re pregnant. You might:
