How to Locate an Empire POS Provider
Members can find Empire POS doctors and hospitals several ways. They can search online using the National Doctor and Hospital Finder, or call BlueCard Access at 1-800-810-BLUE (2583). If you are not yet an enrolled member, indicate that you are not yet enrolled but are considering becoming a member.
