In addition to the online services and other helpful resources we provide through HorizonBlue.com, our Physician Services Representatives are available to help you with specific issues such as patient eligibility, benefits and claim inquiries. Simply call 1-800-624-1110, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., ET.
Our participating providers and their office staff also have access to a dedicated Network Specialist. These professionals are part of specialty-specific teams who can identify trends as well as understand and address issues unique to your specialty. Your Network Specialist is available to discuss any training needs for you and your staff.
