Are Your Patients Affected by Hurricanes Harvey/Irma?

If your patients have been impacted by Hurricane Harvey or Irma, we are here to help. We can help your patients:

  • Understand their benefits
  • Find a doctor, hospital, dialysis center and other facilities
  • Refill prescription medications, if they have pharmacy coverage through Horizon BCBSNJ
  • Coordinate or transition their care

How to get help

You can access your patients’ benefits information through NaviNet.net

If your patient does not have their member ID card, they can sign in to Member Online Services to display their member ID card on their web-enabled mobile device or print a temporary member ID card. If a member does not have Internet access, they can call Member Services at 1-800-355-BLUE (2583).

For emergencies, tell your patients to call 911 or go directly to the nearest hospital.
