Use Internet Explorer to complete online EFT Registration
We have recently identified, and are working to resolve, an issue that is preventing some professional practices and ancillary professional providers from completing our online Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) registration via NaviNet.
EFT registration is presently only compatible with the Internet Explorer web browser. EFT registration cannot be completed using the Apple® Safari browser or the Google Chrome web browser. We expect to have this issue corrected in November.
Until this issue is resolved, please use the Internet Explorer web browser to carry out EFT registration.
Professional practices and ancillary professional providers that do not have access to the Internet Explorer web browser may also contact our eBusiness Desk to enroll in EFT.
- Call our eService at 1-888-777-5075, option 3, weekdays between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m., Eastern Time, or
- Email a request to initiate this process to provider_portal@HorizonBlue.com
