Registration for EFT Update

We are pleased to advise that the previously announced issue preventing certain NaviNet® users from registering online for Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) will be resolved on December 11, 2020. Practices that experienced problems that have not yet registered for EFT are strongly encouraged to sign in to NaviNet and register at that time.

Register for EFT
We encourage all providers to take advantage of EFT. Professional practices and professional ancillary providers may register for EFT through NaviNet®. Simply sign in to NaviNet, select Horizon BCBSNJ from the My Health Plans menu, and:

  • Click Claim Management
  • Click EFT Registration

Single Use Account (SUA) Cards
We remind you that, as previously announced, we are moving away from making claim payments using printed checks. We will begin the process of transferring providers not registered for Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to payments via a SUA paper card on November 23, 2020.¹,²
