MOBE ® to Offer Personalized Health Services to Select Members

Horizon BCBSNJ is working with MOBE, an independent company, to offer select members personalized health services and coaching – at no additional cost. MOBE helps educate participants on the importance of lifestyle choices and self-advocacy as critical components for improving health.

If your patients are eligible to receive these voluntary services, MOBE will contact them by mail, email or phone.

What’s included?
Eligible members receive information, guidance and support to help them feel their best. Services include:

  • Being paired with a “MOBE Guide,” a health coach who will work with members through one-on-one conversations by phone or through the MOBE Health Guide app.
  • Guidance to improve overall quality of life by addressing sleep habits, nutrition, exercise and stress management.
  • Access to pharmacists to discuss medications to optimize effectiveness.
