Important Braven Health Reminder: Enrollment is required to receive ERA transactions

To send and receive electronic transactions for Braven Health℠ members, providers, as well as trading partners (clearinghouses or vendors) must register to establish Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) capabilities. This includes submitting the Electronic Remittance Advice (835) Enrollment form for Braven Health.

If you use a trading partner to send and receive electronic transactions for Braven Health℠ members, you also must completed the Electronic Remittance Advice (835) Enrollment form to complete EDI registration for Braven Health. You need to:

If you don't complete the Electronic Remittance Advice (835) Enrollment form for Braven Health, you will not receive ERA transactions in response to claims submitted for services provided to Braven Health members.

  • Braven Health plans use the Horizon Managed Care Network. If you participate in the Horizon Managed Care Network, you participate in most Braven Health plans.
