Immediate Action Required: All HealthSphere Users Must Register on NaviNet
HealthSphere, our online health care data management tool that provides a 360-degree view of Horizon BCBSNJ patient records, is moving to NaviNet®, effective September 28, 2020. This means that you must sign in to NaviNet and complete an easy online registration process by September 28, 2020 to have ongoing access to HealthSphere. Existing users who do not complete this online registration process will lose access to HealthSphere.
How to Register for HealthSphere on Navinet
NaviNet Security Officers at participating practices, ancillary providers or facilities can register for HealthSphere using the following steps:
- 1Log in to NaviNet and select Horizon BCBSNJ or Horizon NJ Health from the My Health Plans menu.
- Click HealthSphere Registration within Workflows for this Plan.
- Complete the required fields within the online form and review a copy of the Non-Integrated Partnership Agreement.
Once the Security Officers complete the HealthSphere Registration process, they can then grant HealthSphere access to other NaviNet users within their organizations.
To access HealthSphere
- Log in to NaviNet.
- Select Horizon BCBSNJ or Horizon NJ Health from the My Health Plans menu.
