Behavioral health resources and support — for you and your patients

As many people continue to struggle with mental health or substance use disorder (SUD) concerns linked to the COVID-19 public health emergency, many physicians expect the need for mental health care services to increase. We are here to support you and your patients by providing information about mental health and SUD resources and programs.

Horizon Behavioral Health Response team available 24/7

The Horizon Behavioral Health team supports you and your eligible patients already receiving mental health and SUD treatment, and helps new patients get access to the care they need. If you or your eligible patients have questions about behavioral health benefits, provider access, program support and services, call 1-800-626-2212, 24/7.

Programs available to your patients

Horizon BCBSNJ contracts with over 7,000 mental health and SUD treatment providers throughout New Jersey.

As a reminder, in addition to our traditional network of behavioral health services, members’ benefits may also include access to additional support programs and treatment options for mental health and SUD treatment.
