Available at no additional cost, your Personal Health Assistant can help you get the most from your benefits.

Your Personal Health Assistant can help you:

  • Schedule doctor appointments
  • Locate community resources
  • Get answers to your benefit questions

Plus, your Personal Health Assistant can connect you to registered nurses through our Case Management Program. This will help you if you, or a family member, has a serious medical illness.

  • Call 1-800-461-3624, Monday through Friday, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Eastern Time. If you use TTY services, please call 711 during the same hours.

A team member will reply to your email and/or call within one business day.

You have access to the resources and information you need to manage your health.

Not all members are eligible for this program.If your plan is not eligible, you will be transferred to your dedicated customer service team for assistance.
