ID Protection Services
As an eligible Horizon BCBSNJ member¹, you have access to identity protection services as an added feature of your health plan.
Horizon BCBSNJ works with AllClear ID, a leader in identity protection services, to give you automatic access to AllClear Identity Repair and the option to enroll in AllClear Fraud Alerts with Credit Monitoring. Both are offered at no cost.
Free, Automatic Coverage
AllClear Identity Repair is a comprehensive identity protection service. With AllClear Identity Repair, no matter where or how identity theft occurs, you are covered. The theft does not have to be related to health care coverage or services. Identity repair ensures that you get help from professionals trained to navigate the complicated process of identity repair.
There is no enrollment required for this protection through AllClear ID and no cost to you. You will continue to have automatic access to AllClear Identity Repair services as long as you maintain eligible coverage with Horizon BCBSNJ.
Additional Protection is Available
As an eligible Horizon BCBSNJ member, you can also choose to enroll in additional protection called AllClear Fraud Alerts with Credit Monitoring. This service offers an extra layer of protection, which includes credit monitoring, identity theft monitoring, an identity theft insurance policy, as well as a once annual credit score and credit report through the AllClear ID coverage. In addition, you can set, renew and remove fraud alerts from your credit file to help protect you from credit fraud.
AllClear Fraud Alerts with Credit Monitoring is available at no cost, but you must enroll in this coverage directly with AllClear ID. Coverage will be active throughout the calendar year. Each year, you will need to certify with AllClear ID that you are eligible to enroll in AllClear Fraud Alerts with Credit Monitoring through your coverage with Horizon BCBSNJ.

If you are an eligible Horizon BCBSNJ member, visit HorizonBlue.AllClearID.com to access identity protection services. By accessing this link, you confirm that you are eligible for these services and you agree that identity protection services will be cancelled if you are not eligible.
¹Horizon BCBSNJ members enrolled in fully insured and self-insured group health plans, including the State Health Benefits Program (SHBP) and School Employees’ Health Benefits Program (SEHBP), and consumers enrolled in individual health plans on and off the Exchange are eligible for identity protection coverage. Members enrolled in coverage through the Federal Employee Program® (FEP®), Medicare Advantage, Medicare Part D and Medicaid plans are not eligible for identity protection coverage.
