Hospitals and Other Facilities
You can get care from one of our many in-network hospitals, labs, imaging centers and other facilities. They offer quality care while keeping your out-of-pocket costs low.
Urgent Care Centers
When you have an injury or illness that isn’t life-threatening and you can’t see your doctor, an Urgent Care Center can often treat you faster with lower out-of-pocket costs than an Emergency Room (ER).
With evening and weekend hours, Urgent Care Centers treat wounds, sprains and other health issues that need quick care.
You do not need a referral to go to a participating Urgent Care Center, but you must pay your copayment, coinsurance and/or deductible.
Please note: Routine office visits, including preventive care, sports physicals, routine obstetric services, occupational medicine and physical therapy services are not covered at participating Urgent Care Centers.
