With Chat, you can get answers to your health coverage questions immediately*. Simply sign in to Member Online Services, click Chat and then select a category from the Contact Reason drop down menu. Once connected to a Member Services Representative, you’ll get personalized answers to your Horizon BCBSNJ questions.
