Member Online Services Account Management Issues

Some members are currently unable to access their Health Savings Account (HSA), Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) information through Member Online Services. A long-term solution is being investigated. In the interim, a workaround has been identified and is outlined below.

You can access your information by signing in at - or by following the directions below:

Step 1: Do not sign in as member, or logout if already logged in.
Step 2: Go to and select Member.
Step 3: Select Tools from the menu and select HORIZON MyWay®.
Step 4: Select Personal Account Management.
Step 5: Select the appropriate link for FSA/HSA/HRA.
Step 6: You will then sign in and be redirected to the appropriate account.
