Please be aware of a phone scam using “caller ID spoofing” to impersonate the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association. The number in the caller ID may appear as 1-888-630-2583
. If you receive a phone call from this number, it is likely fraudulent or malicious.
We are aware an overdue message may display in the premium billing transaction when your account is not overdue. This only applies to Individual direct-pay members. If you are paid up to date, please ignore the overdue message. If you are unsure if your account is paid to date, please Sign in and click Email Us to use our secure email and inquire about your account status.
Some members are currently unable to access their Health Savings Account (HSA), Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) information through Member Online Services. A long-term solution is being investigated. In the interim, a workaround has been identified and is outlined below.
