Scheduled Maintenance

Horizon BCBSNJ's Member Portal will undergo scheduled maintenance beginning at 6 p.m. Friday October 19, 2018 until 8 a.m. Monday October 22, 2018. During this time you may experience intermittent issues with some transactions. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

Do you have a question about your premium bill or need help making a payment? Member Services Representatives will be available on Saturdays through February 3, 2018, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., (ET).

Member Online Services Account Management Issues

Some members are currently unable to access their Health Savings Account (HSA), Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) information through Member Online Services. A long-term solution is being investigated. In the interim, a workaround has been identified and is outlined below.

Obstetric Services for OMNIA Health Plan Members

OMNIA Health Plan members can receive Obstetric services at any hospital in Burlington and Mercer Counties at an OMNIA Tier 1 level of benefits as a benefit exception.
