Easy Ways to Pay

You can pay your premium using one of our easy options.

Auto pay
If you pay your monthly premium directly to Horizon BCBSNJ, you can use auto pay to have your premium payment automatically deducted from your checking account or charged to your credit card on the same day each month. That way, you won’t miss a payment and your coverage will stay in effect.

Signing up for auto pay is free. Open the Horizon Blue app or sign in to HorizonBlue.com and click My Accounts. Then:

  1. Click Payment Center.
  2. Click Enroll in Auto Pay.

After you sign up, you’ll receive an on-screen confirmation message.

Online
Sign in, click My Accounts. Then click Payment Center. You can pay by checking account, debit card or credit card at no additional charge.

By phone
Call 1-888-778-2005and use the Billing Status option to pay by checking account, debit card or credit card. Your account must be active to use this feature.

Or, call 1-800-355-BLUE (2583), Monday through Wednesday and Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Thursday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Eastern Time, to speak with a Member Services Representative to make a payment. Members who purchased coverage directly through Horizon BCBSNJ will be charged an additional $25 fee when using this option.

MoneyGram®
Pay your premium bill at one of MoneyGram’s convenient locations. Horizon BCBSNJ’s MoneyGram code is 11967.

Members who purchased their coverage directly through Horizon BCBSNJ should mail their payment to:
