Our utilization management (UM) staff is available to respond to authorization requests and inquiries Monday through Friday, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Eastern Time. Simply call Member Services at 1-800-355-BLUE (2583). TTY users can call 711.
Our on-call staff is also available after normal business hours, including weekends and holidays, for urgent prior authorization requests.
Language assistance is available to those who need it.
