  • If you remember your current password:

    You can change it by following these steps when signed in to your secure member web portal account:

    1. Click Profile & Settings
    2. Under Privacy and Security, click Sign In & Security. You will be prompted to enter your current password and create a new password.

    If you do NOT remember your current password and have to reset it:

    1. Go to HorizonBlue.com. Under Member Sign In, select Forgot username or password?
    2. Enter your username or, if you forgot it, click Let’s try finding it.
    3. You will be prompted to verify your identity via email or text message using a one-time verification code.
    4. After verifying your identity, you will be prompted to create a new password.

  • Your account can be locked for one of the following reasons:

    1. The username or password was incorrectly entered five consecutive times.
    2. Invalid responses were entered to the security questions during ‘Forgot Username’ or ‘Forgot Password’ transaction.

    To unlock your account, please call the eService Help Desk at 1-888-777-5075, between 7 AM and 6 PM EST.

  • For someone other than the member to register for the secure member web portal, the member has to appoint that person as their personal representative. A Request for Personal Representative Form must be completed with proof of relationship to the member (copy of the child's birth certificate or legal document showing guardianship) and mailed to the address on the form. If minor is over age 12, the form must also be signed by the child.

    • Under Privacy and Security, click Advanced Security to select your preference.

    • Claims
    • Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)
    • Statements of Payment
    • Authorizations and referrals
    • Member ID cards
    • Email Us

    Dependents can NOT access the below features. Only the subscriber can access them:

    • Payment Center, including the ability to pay or view premium information online
    • Horizon MyWay
    • Paperless Settings

  • The secure member web portal is compatible with MS Windows and Mac OS. The most current versions of the following browsers are supported:

    • Internet Explorer
    • Firefox
    • Chrome
    • Safari

    Additionally, our mobile site supports iPhone® OS, Android™ OS and Windows Mobile OS.

    You will need the most current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader to view select content in the secure member web portal.

  • Multi-factor authentication (MFA) provides an additional security layer, beyond your username and password, for signing in to the secure member web portal at HorizonBlue.com and the Horizon Blue mobile app. MFA functionality allows members to choose to receive a One-Time Password (OTP) to as an email or text message. Members who choose to opt out of MFA will be reminded to opt-in every 180 days.
