How do I add a stepchild to my policy?

If you bought your insurance through Get Covered NJ (the state-based exchange):

Go to Get Covered New Jersey or call 1-833-677-1010 (TTY 711)

If you bought insurance directly from Horizon:

Complete and return the Enrollment/Change Request Form and submit it using one of the options on the form.

If you get your insurance through work:

Contact your benefits administrator or human resources department.
