Which members can use Chat?

Many Horizon BCBSNJ members can sign in to their account and use our Chat tool to chat in real-time with a Member Services Representative about health coverage questions related to:

  • Benefits
  • Claims
  • Enrollment
  • Premium billing
  • Finding an in-network doctor or hospital

Member Services Representatives are also available to answer questions or address technical support issues with our secure member web portal or the Horizon Blue Mobile App. However, we do not currently offer this feature for members who do not currently have access to the secure member web portal or who had their coverage terminated more than 18 months ago.

For questions regarding behavioral health, Braven Health, purchasing a new plan, or prescription, dental and vision benefits, please visit our Contact Us page on HorizonBlue.com to obtain the appropriate phone number for those departments.
