How do I change or reset my password?
If you remember your current password:
You can change it by following these steps when signed in to your secure member web portal account:
- Click Profile & Settings
- Under Privacy and Security, click Sign In & Security. You will be prompted to enter your current password and create a new password.
If you do NOT remember your current password and have to reset it:
- Go to HorizonBlue.com. Under Member Sign In, select Forgot username or password?
- Enter your username or, if you forgot it, click Let’s try finding it.
- You will be prompted to verify your identity via email or text message using a one-time verification code.
- After verifying your identity, you will be prompted to create a new password.
