Group administrators and their brokers can download reports, manage employee changes, view and pay bills, and much more through Employer Online Services. Here are a few ways we make doing business easy:

  • Account Reporting – Horizon InfoInsight makes it easy for group administrators to access accurate and timely group reporting. To learn more or to register, contact your Horizon BCBSNJ Sales Representative. Upon approval you will be issued a User ID and password.
  • Member Maintenance – Most of your plan maintenance can be handled online with a few clicks of a button. And any changes are automatically updated within our system.
    • Small groups (1-50 employees)
      Administrators can easily manage terminations, change contract types, update dependents, request duplicate ID cards, change address information, pay bills online and more.
    • Large groups (51+ employees)
      In addition to basic online administration capabilities, large group administrators can add new members, process COBRA enrollments, upgrade existing accounts and view group rosters.
    • National Account administration
      National Account administrators have access to the Health Care Benefits Online portal to manage enrollments and member administration. Group administrators can enroll, reinstate and terminate employees and dependents; update employee and dependent information; request duplicate ID cards; and process COBRA enrollment and terminations.
