Cut Down On Paper with Automatic Digital EOBs

Horizon is committed to making it easier for our members to get access to their health care information, 24/7.
Starting on or about April 4, 2023, commercial members with a Horizon Dental plan who are registered on HorizonBlue.com will no longer automatically receive printed dental Explanation of Benefits (EOB) statements. This means that dental EOBs are online and just as convenient as medical EOBs.
Members can access all of the same information available on a printed EOB on a digital EOB. All they need to do is sign in or register for their secure member account on HorizonBlue.com or the HorizonBlue app.
The switch to digital EOBs is part of our transition to digital tools and information to give our members faster, safer access to their health plan information, determinations and communications.
Members who are not registered or who do not have access to HorizonBlue.com or our Horizon Blue app will continue to receive EOBs by mail. Members with digital access to dental EOBs can request a paper copy of a specific EOB, or all EOBs, if they prefer.
