New Horizon Blue mobile app

Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey is introducing the new Horizon Blue mobile app to give our valued members a simpler way to experience Horizon BCBSNJ and interact with us.

At launch, Horizon Blue features the most frequently used functions from our secure member website. New capabilities will be added over the next few months through app updates. Eventually all of the separate apps our members use to access Horizon BCBSNJ products and services will be consolidated into Horizon Blue.

The Horizon Blue mobile app is available in the App Store® and Google PlayTM now, or by texting GetApp to 422-272. However, we are promoting the app to members by market segment according to the following schedule:

October 4   Public Sector and Labor Market Groups  
October 10 Jumbo Account and National Account Markets
October 23 Small Employer and Mid-Size Group Markets
October 30  Consumer Markets, including IHC and Senior Market members

  Please encourage your clients and their covered employees to download the app on or after the dates listed above.
