Multi-Factor Authentication for Broker Online Services

To help keep access to your account secure, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey is introducing multi-factor authentication to Broker Online Services beginning April 26, 2018.

Multi-factor authentication is required only when you sign in to Broker Online Services on a new device for the first time. When you sign in, you will receive an alert that an email has been sent to your email address on file with Horizon BCBSNJ, where you can retrieve the authentication verification code to sign in.

We recommend that you authenticate all devices you use to access Broker Online Services to help ensure uninterrupted access.
