Member ID Cards and Proof of Coverage Options Available Online

Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey members who have not yet received or have misplaced their member ID card have options available to them from the convenience of their computer, phone or other web-enabled device.
Members can display and/or print a copy of their member ID card – as well as order a permanent replacement – by registering and signing in at HorizonBlue.com/register. Once signed in, the member simply clicks ID Cards and follows the instructions.
