Member ID Cards and Proof of Coverage Options Available Online and Through App

With 2019 just around the corner, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey would like to remind members who have not yet received or have misplaced their member ID card that they have options available to them from the convenience of both HorizonBlue.com and the new Horizon Blue app.
Members can display and/or print a copy of their member ID card – as well as order a permanent replacement – once registered for and signed in to HorizonBlue.com or the Horizon Blue app.The member simply clicks ID Cards and follows the instructions.
Members can download the Horizon Blue app by texting GetApp to 422-272 or through the App Store® or Google Play™.
