Member ID Cards and Proof of Coverage Options Available Online and Through App

With 2020 just around the corner, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey would like to remind members who have not yet received or have misplaced their member ID card that they have options available to them from the convenience of the Horizon Blue app and HorizonBlue.com.

Members can display their member ID card once registered for and signed in to the Horizon Blue app.Members can also view their member ID cards when registered for and signed in to the secure member web portal at HorizonBlue.com. The member simply clicks ID Cards and follows the instructions.

Members can download the Horizon Blue app by texting GetApp to 422-272 or through the App Store® or Google PlayTM.
