And now, we are honored that Horizon BCBSNJ has earned the top spot in the J.D. Power ranking for Member Satisfaction in New Jersey for the fourth time in five years. We received the state’s highest ranking in the key drivers of Cost, Provider Choice and Customer Service.

During a year in which a global pandemic turned all our lives upside down, this recognition is especially meaningful.
