The OMNIA℠ Bronze Plan is our lowest premium non-HSA Bronze plan. It offers our lowest monthly premium, but highest out-of-pocket costs, when compared to other comprehensive OMNIA℠ Health Plans, excluding catastrophic plans. Bronze plans, on average, pay for 60% of the covered medical expenses; members pay 40%, and money-saving subsidies may be available. The OMNIA℠ Bronze Plan is a good choice if the member doesn't expect to use a lot of medical services.

Silver plans, on average, pay for 70% of the covered medical expenses; members pay 30%, and money-saving subsidies may be available. The OMNIA℠ Silver Plan is a good choice if the member wants a balance between monthly premiums and out-of-pocket costs.

The OMNIA℠ Silver Health Savings Account (HSA) Plan is our lowest premium Silver plan. Like other Silver plans, it pays for 70% of covered medical expenses on average; members pay 30%, and money-saving subsidies may be available. With HSA plans, members make tax-free contributions to their account to cover higher deductible costs in exchange for a significantly lower premium. The OMNIA℠ Silver HSA Plan is good option for healthy members who don't have ongoing care but want more comprehensive coverage for unexpected health issues.

Gold plans, on average, pay for 80% of the covered medical expenses; members pay 20%, and money-saving subsidies may be available. The OMNIA℠ Gold Plan is a good choice if the member doesn't expect to use a fair amount of medical services.
