Our Retail Center

Now we’ve built on this commitment by opening a retail center dedicated to connecting with members in South Jersey where they live and work. Our retail center, Horizon Connect, is a concrete way for us to bring members convenient, face-to-face interaction and support.

Horizon BCBSNJ is changing the way members think of us, and leading the way to a more personal, better health insurance experience. It’s the kind of innovative thinking members have come to expect from the first health insurance company in New Jersey and one of the first Blue Cross plans in the nation. We realize we have a responsibility to help our customers better understand how health insurance and their benefits work, and this is a step toward guiding them through the complexity.

Located in Moorestown, between the major arteries of Routes 38 and 73 (or just minutes off the NJ Turnpike and I-295), Horizon Connect is situated within an existing shopping plaza at 1680 Nixon Drive in Moorestown. It is open to the public six days a week, and features a friendly, knowledgeable staff and a full complement of state-of-the-art technology in an inviting setting to help connect guests to the answers they need.

Visitors to Horizon Connect are greeted by a specially trained team of experts with a vast knowledge of the health insurance industry as well as our products, services and wellness programs. Our team helps visitors:

  • Get the most from their benefits by answering guests’ questions and providing information about their health care coverage.
  • Understand all of the health and wellness tools and products Horizon BCBSNJ offers to help them get and stay healthy.
  • Purchase individual health insurance products and complete our easy enrollment process.

In addition, our spacious, open floor plan allows our talented employees to facilitate a variety of group events, including open enrollment meetings, health fairs and broker meetings, as well as onsite seminars and events featuring local physicians, nurses, pharmacists and other health care professionals.
