William J. Marino is President and Chief Executive Officer of Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, the state's largest health insurer, providing coverage for over 3.6 million people.
Bill joined Horizon BCBSNJ as Senior Vice President of Health Industry Services in January 1992, responsible for all aspects of Managed Care operations in New Jersey, as well as Market Research, Product Development, Provider Relations and Health Care Management. He became President and CEO in January 1994.
