In 2007, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey celebrated our 75th anniversary
of providing individuals, families and businesses with access to affordable, quality health care.
Over our long and proud history, we have played a critical role in not only the health care of New Jersey residents,
but also in the overall health and well-being of the State.
In 2007, we continued our track record of improving the quality of care our members receive,
growing enrollment and generating solid financial results that helped us to keep health care affordable.
